A critical part of buying a property is finding the right lender. You want a lender who will listen to you and understand your needs. This will be one of the most important investments that you will making and it is crucial that your lender gives the proper options for you to make an educated choice.
BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!

Once you have met with your lender you will need to ask them to give you a "Pre-approval Letter"
The Pre-Approval Letter will give you an idea of the price of the property you can afford.
Now you are ready to go shopping for new property!
